Role Summary:
The Project Manager - Flares
is the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for protecting project margins, ensuring equipment meets project goals, and maintaining open dialogue with clients. The Project Manager is expected to:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Increase project gross margins while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
- Deliver complete project scopes within targeted timelines.
- Track and manage project quantities within budget.
- Generate revenue and gross margin above targeted figures.
- Optimize working capital and maintain positive cashflow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mitigate technical and commercial risks.
- Foster harmony, collaboration, and positive energy within the project team.
