Job Title: Paint Coordinator
 
Job Summary:
                         
Functional Job Duties:
 
·          Preparing work packets based on paint specs, inspection test plans and drawings.
·          Coordinate with quality engineers on inspection test dates.
·          Coordinate with project managers on schedule.
·          Generate paint reports.
·          Experience in industrial painting.
·          Drive production.
·          Maintain a paint inventory.
·          Order paint and paint consumables.

-Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the company. 
-Must be able to work under stress and handle multiple priorities. 
-Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations related to job requirements. 
-Must be able to work under stress and meet deadlines. 
-Must be able to maintain and process job-related paperwork effectively. 
-Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
 
Physical Requirements:
-Must be able to go up and down stairs.
-Must be able to communicate effectively. 
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time. 
-Must be able to walk long distances in possible harsh weather conditions to office, taking caution from the hazards that come with a manufacturing facility. 
-Must be able to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment. 
-Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in company duties. 
-Must be able to work overtime as required.
