Position Overview:

The Procurement Engineer / Procurement Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials and bought-out items required for the fabrication and delivery of industrial combustion and pollution control systems . The role ensures timely availability of technically compliant materials while maintaining strict adherence to cost, quality, and delivery objectives in line with project schedules and organizational budgets.

Working closely with Engineering, Planning, Quality, Estimation, and Project teams , the incumbent will manage RFQ issuance, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, purchase order finalization, and material expediting. The role demands a strong understanding of engineering materials, international codes and standards , and supplier capabilities relevant to combustion and fired-equipment applications.

This position plays a critical role in supporting project execution by mitigating supply-chain risks, optimizing procurement costs, maintaining approved vendor compliance , and upholding Zeeco’s ethical standards and performance-driven culture. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and support accurate cost inputs for future bids and proposals.
